CANCELLATION POLICY
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. • Appointments canceled within 10 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • I have a 10-minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If you do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 3 months after purchase
